Day 1 – Arrival – Hadibo Orientation & Fishing Gear Setup
Arrival at Socotra Airport
Warm greeting by your fishing guide, crew, and local support team
Transfer to Hadibo (main town)
Afternoon:
Settle into your guesthouse or eco-lodge
Fishing gear check, tackle setup, and safety briefing
Light walk around Hadibo, visit the market or local beach
Evening:
Welcome dinner featuring fresh seafood and local dishes
Trip overview and Q&A with your guide
Overnight: Guesthouse or lodge in Hadibo
Day 2 – Boat Fishing – North Coast (Dihamri & Ras Erissel)
Early morning: Launch from Dihamri, heading toward Ras Erissel, where the Arabian Sea meets the Indian Ocean
Full-day boat fishing:
Trolling and popping for GT, tuna, and kingfish
Jigging for grouper and snapper along drop-offs
Scenic views of rugged cliffs and turquoise bays
Midday:
Lunch on board or beach picnic at Ras Erissel
Overnight: Dihamri Marine Protected Area (camping or eco-lodge)
Late afternoon:
Return to Dihamri for snorkeling or rest
Evening:
Campfire dinner with fresh catch of the day

Day 3 – Land-Based Shore Fishing – Arher Beach
Morning:
Drive east to Arher Beach, where massive sand dunes meet the sea
Shore fishing all day:
Casting from rocks and beach for queenfish, trevally, and bluefin
Optional guided hike to freshwater spring for a break
Lunch:
Camp-style by the cliffs
Evening:
Fish into sunset, climb dunes for epic sea views
Stargazing and dinner by the fire
Overnight:
Camping at Arher Beach
Day 4 – West Coast Boat Fishing – Qalansiya to Shoab
Early transfer to Qalansiya village (~2 hrs drive)
Boat trip to Shoab Beach with rods ready
Fishing en route along rocky points and coral heads
Spot dolphins and seabirds while trolling
Fishing targets:
GT, grouper, kingfish, and sailfish (seasonal)
Afternoon:
Snorkeling and light casting near the beach
Overnight:
Camping at Detwah Lagoon, BBQ with fresh fish
Day 5 – Detwah Lagoon & Light-Tackle Fishing Exploration
Morning:
Shore fishing in the shallow Detwah Lagoon
Ideal for light tackle: small trevally, emperor fish, barracuda
Midday:
Visit local fisherman Abdullah – learn about traditional fishing techniques
Afternoon:
Hike along cliffs to secret fishing coves
Evening:
Rest or cast into the sunset
Overnight:
Detwah Lagoon camping
Day 6 – Deep Sea Adventure – Offshore Fishing Day
Early departure from Qalansiya or Dihamri for deep-sea fishing
Head out 10–20 km offshore depending on weather
Target species:
Yellowfin tuna, mahi-mahi, wahoo, barracuda
Option to troll and jig at deep water drop-offs
Lunch on the boat or secluded beach
Return in the late afternoon for rest
Evening:
Celebrate the day’s catch with a grilled seafood feast
Overnight:
Back to Hadibo guesthouse or Dihamri
Day 7 – Relaxation, Local Culture & Departure
Morning:
Relax at Delisha Beach or shop for souvenirs in Hadibo
Optional:
Visit a local village, dragon’s blood trees, or small canyon
Lunch:
Farewell meal with your guide and crew
